1. How can you customise your hanger?

On all the wooden hangers on our site you can add 3 different personalisations or only 1.
These customisations include…

  • The main text (found in the wooden section under the hanging hook)
  • Date (will be situated under the main text)
  • Side-Bar (here you can add a title such as Bride, Groom, Maid of Honour)

What shipping options do you have?
Wedding Hangers is based in Cape Town. You may opt to collect your order from Claremont or we ship all over South Africa – the shipping amount will be calculated when you enter your address and postal code. Please email me on hello@weddinghangers.co.za if you would like a custom shipping quote or you would like me to answer any questions regarding shipping.

2. When can I expect my delivery?

All personalised hangers are handmade. This means that it takes a little longer to make to ensure we provide you with the best product possible. All our orders are processed and made on a Tuesday and shipped on a Friday via courier to your doorstep

3. Do you do rush orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer rush orders on personalised hangers. We take huge pride in ensuring that you receive the best possible product. Please allow 10 days from placing your order to receiving your order.

4. Do you accept Returns?

Since we custom make most of the items on an order-by-order basis we do not accept returns or do refunds unless one or more of the conditions below apply

  • Your product (or any part thereof) was in a damaged, broken or otherwise unusable condition when you received it and you can provide proof that you received it in that condition.
  • We for whatever reason shipped the incorrect product/order.

If a refund has been approved, either a store credit, a payment via EFT into a valid bank account.

*Please note that where applicable, courier costs will be deducted from your refund. We will always try to replace the product first before approving a refund.

*Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only if the sale item is in a damaged, broken or unusable condition, may it be returned for store credit. Please contact us if that is the case.

5. Do you accept exchanges?

We cannot exchange your product unless it meets one or more of the requirements for a return above. Custom made products e.g. hangers with a custom name or wedding date cannot be exchanged. Additional charges may apply to cover courier fees.

To inquire about anything on our site or to apply for an exchange or a refund on an item bought on our site, send an email to hello@weddinghangers.co.za with your name, order number, item name(s) and description(s) to be returned, as well as the reason for the application.

6. Care and Maintenance.
In order to keep your hanger in tip-top condition take a damp cloth and gently wipe the hanger down. Do not submerge your hanger in water.

7. Fonts
Our Wedding Hangers are designed with a romantic font or a modern font. Please see below for examples of the fonts.
